Our Observations

Want Your Organization to be Awesome?

Did you see “The Lego Movie?” It scored 96 percent in Rotten Tomatoes Movie Reviews and generated great reviews and income for Lego.

As one of the songs says in the movie, “everything is awesome” at Lego. In fact, a Fast Company article called Lego “the Apple of toys.”

Not that many years ago, the company lost its bearings and flirted with bankruptcy. The article outlines the painstaking steps the company took to become the success it is today.

It’s a long and worthwhile read, particularly if you have a business, organization, nonprofit or any type of entity with internal structure. The article explains how the company values its employees, understands the need for research and takes great steps to understand their customers. All great lessons if you want to achieve success.
